ATS 605004/610004 Labscope

ATIS can be used with a multimeter or in combination with the ATS labscope (four-channel diagnostic system). With a 50 MHz per channel speed, it is one of the fastest automotive scopes available. ATIS automatically configures the labscope with the correct settings and reference signals, making measurement straightforward. Advanced triggering functions make it possible to detect even complex or sporadic faults.
