LIVE support is provided by taking over your screen. Screen capture is charged per minute and deducted from your purchased 2-hour credit.

LIVE support can be used for Pass-Thru operations and for IT support. During this support, the requested Pass-Thru operations will be performed for you or your system will be IT-restored after a manufacturer change. You can observe this process.

Please note, we offer credit at two rates:

Rate 1 for customers who have a GMTO technical support subscription.
Rate 2 for customers who do not have a GMTO technical support subscription.

If you do NOT have a GMTO subscription, you can select rate 2!
